Security Guard supports its assigned functions through technical analysis, programme implementation, partner coordination and accurate documentation. The role monitors progress and compliance, prepares reports and guidance, works with authorities and operational counterparts, and helps deliver timely, accountable services and results for affected people, communities and institutions.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Monitor sites and sensitive equipment
- Protect people present at UN premises
- Respond to incidents and emergencies using security procedures
- Report incidents and accidents to the team lead
Role Requirements
- Relevant education and professional experience in the area of assignment
- Fluency in Arabic is required
- Fluency in French is required
Desired Criteria
- Previous experience with UN agencies or international organizations is desirable
- CCTV, X-ray-machine and metal-detector training is an asset
- First aid certification is desirable
