- Coach and develop regional safety and security stakeholders
- Provide security-posture and crisis-response guidance to leadership
- Manage regional security plans, budgets, reports and KPI records
- Develop risk-mitigation procedures and security-management plans
- Conduct threat and risk assessments across programme offices
- Coordinate crisis teams, incident follow-up and regional representation
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree related to humanitarian work or security risk management
- Formal safety and security qualification or training certification
- Fluency in French and English
- Five years security-strategy and security-professional management experience

- Advanced risk-management, emergency-response or business-continuity qualification
- Adult-training certification
- Complex or post-conflict environment experience
