Summary of Responsibilities
- Support security planning
- Provide safety and security services
- Build security networks
- Support knowledge management and capacity building
- Safeguard personnel family members premises assets and resources
- Implement security plans and measures under UN security policies procedures and supervisor instructions
Role Requirements
- Completion of secondary education supplemented by technical military police or relevant university courses
- Six years of security security operations security planning risk management physical security incident management law-enforcement liaison or field-security experience
- Proficient English and Ukrainian
Desired Criteria
- Security risk-management or first-aid certification
- Government security-authority liaison field-mission UN or emergency-response experience
- Country-level development fragile-setting or humanitarian-context experience
- Knowledge of another official UN language
