Provides reliable security services for the UN House in Bishkek, protecting personnel, visitors, premises and assets. The role monitors the site and surveillance systems, controls access, handles visitors and mail, responds to emergencies, maintains security logs and reports, and works with UNDP security staff and local police to prevent and manage security incidents.

• Protect the UN House, its building, property and territory through security-post monitoring and patrols
• Monitor surveillance cameras, vehicle gates and other security equipment
• Control access for personnel, visitors, service providers and vehicles and maintain entry and exit records
• Screen authorised vehicles and incoming mail and parcels using required safety measures
• Respond to fires, bomb threats and other emergencies under security procedures
• Report security incidents, vulnerabilities and daily observations to UNDP security staff
• Coordinate security measures with police officers assigned to the UN House

• Secondary education
• At least three years of relevant security, safety, police or military-service experience
• Fluency in Russian with basic knowledge of English
• Relevant security qualifications, certifications or specialised training

• Previous experience with the United Nations, international organisations, government institutions or NGOs
