Summary of Responsibilities
- Oversee financial management and analyse Country Office expenditure
- Forecast cash flows and control funds disbursed under donor agreements
- Prepare programme and budget reports and review monthly accounts
- Analyse project budgets and actual expenditure variances
- Strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud
- Oversee human-resources and supply-chain services
- Coordinate legal and procurement review of agreements and purchase orders
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, management or related field with five years of experience
- University degree in listed fields with seven years of experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
Desired Criteria
- CA, CPA, CIMA or ACCA professional certification
- Working knowledge of Arabic, Chinese, French or Russian
