Job Description

Supports UNJSPF communications through multilingual content, monitoring digital channels and reporting on performance. The role contributes to social-media strategy, website and intranet updates, visual materials and communications products that help participants understand pension matters. It combines public information with data analysis and document management for the Fund's client community.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Create communication products through research and drafting in English and French or Spanish
  • Support implementation of the Fund social-media strategy
  • Monitor website, intranet and social-media performance using analytics
  • Monitor relevant social-media accounts and topics
  • Support automated website translation and layout updates
  • Develop communications reports with data, metrics and findings
  • Develop intranet content and update relevant web pages
  • Manage the communications mailbox and archive
  • Prepare presentations and communication materials for the Chief Executive

Role Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in public communication, international broadcasting or a related area
  • Experience developing graphic materials and visuals for websites, publications or social-media platforms
  • Experience managing social-media channels
  • Experience with publication layout in English and French
  • English

Desired Criteria

  • Proficiency with or certification in desk-publishing software
  • Experience in international organisations
  • Experience in data analytics
