PSU Consultant

IOM seeks a Programme Support Unit Consultant in Warsaw to support IOM Poland’s work with refugees and migrants. The consultant will prepare programme documentation, research migration themes, coordinate partnerships and events, collect and analyse information, support internal communication, visibility and outreach, and provide operational assistance to programme development and implementation.

• Prepare background papers, briefing notes, presentations and programme documentation
• Draft, edit and format reports, proposals and programme documentation
• Conduct research on migration, humanitarian assistance, integration and social cohesion
• Support partnerships and external engagement with relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, donor visits and events
• Collect, organise and analyse programme information and data
• Support internal coordination, communication, outreach and operational activities

• University degree in international relations, development studies, social sciences or another relevant discipline
• Fluency in Korean and English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines

• Experience supporting humanitarian, migration, international development or international cooperation programmes
• Experience supporting programme coordination or project implementation
• Experience with international organisations, government institutions or NGOs
