Job Description
WHO seeks online volunteers in Mongolia to promote evidence-based immunization messages across social-media networks before the 2026 Regional Committee session. The six-week campaign shares WHO guidance, joins orientation and learning sessions, fosters respectful vaccine-confidence conversations, tracks public-post reach, and may include group-coordinator leadership responsibilities.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Share one to two weekly evidence-based immunization posts through personal platforms and online communities
- Participate in the mandatory virtual orientation on regional immunization priorities
- Attend virtual WHO learning sessions on immunization, vaccine confidence and countering misinformation
- Encourage respectful and constructive social-media conversations on immunization
- Track post links and audience reach using monitoring forms
- Avoid providing independent medical advice and direct audiences to trusted health resources
Role Requirements
- Active presence and familiarity with one or more social-media platforms
- Ability to communicate evidence-based health information clearly, engagingly and culturally appropriately
- Ability to follow WHO campaign messaging, branding and communications guidance
- English is required
- Confirm no engagement with tobacco or arms industries
Desired Criteria
- Basic knowledge of online community engagement and responsible digital communication
- Interest or experience in public health, advocacy, communications, education or social and behavioural change
- Mongolian language
