Job Description
NATO DIANA seeks a Project Officer in Tallinn to develop strategic initiatives. The officer will plan projects and risk registers, coordinate cross-functional work, prepare Board materials, conduct research and scanning, facilitate workshops, support transformation activities, improve planning and governance processes, and share delivery lessons across DIANA.

- Nationality of a NATO member country
Desired Criteria
- Experience supporting executive governance, Boards or committees
- Experience with corporate performance metrics and NATO framework
