Project Officer, Emerging Initiatives

NATO DIANA seeks a Project Officer in Tallinn to develop strategic initiatives. The officer will plan projects and risk registers, coordinate cross-functional work, prepare Board materials, conduct research and scanning, facilitate workshops, support transformation activities, improve planning and governance processes, and share delivery lessons across DIANA.

• Manage strategic initiatives and emerging priorities
• Administer project plans, schedules and risk registers
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery
• Prepare Board and leadership briefing materials
• Conduct research and environmental scanning
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements
• Support organizational transformation and change management
• Improve planning, performance management and governance processes

• Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience, or six years of extensive progressive relevant experience without a degree
• Project, programme, strategic-initiative or organizational-change delivery experience
• Advanced proficiency in English or French and beginner proficiency in the other
• Nationality of a NATO member country

• Experience supporting executive governance, Boards or committees
• Experience with corporate performance metrics and NATO framework
