Job Description

NATO DIANA seeks a Project Officer in Tallinn to develop strategic initiatives. The officer will plan projects and risk registers, coordinate cross-functional work, prepare Board materials, conduct research and scanning, facilitate workshops, support transformation activities, improve planning and governance processes, and share delivery lessons across DIANA.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience, or six years of extensive progressive relevant experience without a degree
  • Project, programme, strategic-initiative or organizational-change delivery experience
  • Advanced proficiency in English or French and beginner proficiency in the other
  • Nationality of a NATO member country

Desired Criteria

  • Experience supporting executive governance, Boards or committees
  • Experience with corporate performance metrics and NATO framework
