Overview

Leads NATO DIANA’s alumni programme for dual-use innovators after accelerator completion. The officer designs strategy and programming, manages the alumni experience, builds investor and partner connections, tracks commercialisation progress, scales community systems and mobilises accelerator sites.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the NATO DIANA alumni strategy
  • Manage the end-to-end alumni experience and community initiatives
  • Deliver a year-round calendar of virtual and in-person programmes
  • Build investor, partner and technology-ecosystem connections
  • Track alumni progress, outcomes and success stories
  • Translate alumni insights into organisational-impact strategies
  • Implement scalable community systems, processes and metrics
  • Mobilise DIANA accelerator sites and affiliated networks for alumni support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, innovation management, entrepreneurship, international relations, communications or a related field with two years of related work, or six years of progressive relevant experience without a degree
  • At least two years managing programmes or professional communities involving startups, founders or technology companies
  • Knowledge of commercialisation and go-to-market challenges for emerging technologies
  • Experience planning and delivering large events
  • Advanced proficiency in one NATO official language and beginner proficiency in the other
  • Nationality of a NATO member country
  • Ability to obtain security and medical clearance
