Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Forum's Latin America partnership and commercial-growth strategy
- Lead and develop the regional business team against acquisition, retention and expansion targets
- Advise CEOs, chairs and senior executives and deepen the value of Forum engagement
- Build and convert a cross-industry prospect pipeline into long-term partnerships
- Manage portfolio risks and design retention, mitigation and growth strategies
- Shape the regional strategic narrative and oversee business planning, budgets and resource allocation
Requirements
- An advanced degree
- At least ten years of business-development, strategic-engagement or stakeholder-management experience
- Deep knowledge of Latin America's business, geopolitical and macroeconomic landscape
- Experience building trusted relationships with CEOs, chairs and C-suite leaders
- Demonstrated people leadership and operational and financial management capability
- Fluent English and ability to work onsite three days weekly and travel up to 40 percent
