Job Description
Leads digital-services projects for WFP’s Information Technology Division on a remote consultancy. The project manager coordinates stakeholders and partners, establishes governance and communications plans, and oversees delivery from requirements through rollout. The role manages budgets, schedules, risks and change requests so digital products meet quality standards and remain maintainable.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate complex initiatives across one or more business lines
- Gather and validate requirements using a human-centred design approach
- Establish project governance, communications, staffing and change-management plans
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, timelines and corrective actions
- Manage project budgets, resources and purchase-order processes
- Ensure project delivery complies with IT guidelines and quality standards
Role Requirements
- University degree in business administration, economics, information technology or related field
- At least five years of professional project-management experience
- Fluency in English (Level C)
Desired Criteria
- Project management education or certification
- Intermediate knowledge of a second official UN language or Portuguese
- IT software-development and data-and-analytics background
