Project Associate (Public Health)

Coordinates public-health project delivery in Guinea, supporting disease surveillance, outbreak preparedness, immunisation activities, data management and reporting. The project associate works with health authorities, UN agencies, NGOs and field teams to maintain workplans and monitoring tools, track project data and budgets, support emergency response and prepare documentation for programme decisions and donor reporting.

• Coordinate public-health project activities on surveillance, outbreak preparedness, immunisation and points of entry
• Maintain workplans, monitoring tools and implementation schedules
• Liaise with health authorities, UN agencies, NGOs and implementing partners
• Collect, verify and analyse project data from field teams and health facilities
• Maintain dashboards, trackers and documentation for evidence-based reporting
• Monitor budgets, expenditures and commitments and flag implementation gaps
• Support emergency preparedness, field monitoring and project proposal development

• School diploma with four years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree in a listed field with two years
• Fluency in French

• Experience with international organisations, NGOs or government institutions
• Familiarity with vulnerable or mobile populations
• Knowledge of a national language
