Job Description

Provides administrative and communications support to IOM's Pacific Climate Mobility Partnerships Programme and related climate-mobility work. The role prepares communication products and digital content, maintains media and filing records, supports event visibility and outreach, and helps disseminate approved programme information with partners across the Pacific region.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support for climate-mobility programme activities
  • Compile and present communications and visibility information
  • Maintain communications materials and media tracking records
  • Draft routine reports, correspondence and briefing materials
  • Support media coverage for meetings, workshops and training
  • Maintain SharePoint folders and filing systems

Role Requirements

  • High school diploma with three years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with one year of relevant professional experience
  • Fluency in English, oral and written

Desired Criteria

  • Administrative or clerical support experience
  • Experience supporting communications, media, events or outreach
  • Experience in a multicultural humanitarian, non-governmental or government setting
  • Basic graphic design, photography and video-editing skills
