Job Description
Provides project, financial and administrative support to UNDP’s Healthy Planet Hub. Working remotely, the analyst manages programme processes, budgets, procurement and portfolio documentation; coordinates meetings, travel and events; and supports project reporting, audit follow-up and knowledge sharing. The role helps resolve operational bottlenecks across policy, programme and operations teams.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Manage programme processes, work plans, budgets, requisitions and project revisions
- Monitor expenditure, reconcile financial data and support project closure
- Coordinate meetings, travel, events, procurement and administrative processes
- Maintain portfolio records, filing, audit support and project documentation
- Prepare reports, lessons learned and knowledge-sharing activities
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in business or public administration, economics, political or social sciences or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in a listed field plus two additional years of experience
- At least two years of progressively responsible administrative or programme experience
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud, SAP, Atlas or Quantum
- Experience with UNDP, UN or other international organizations
- Experience preparing or reviewing financial reports
- Experience in procurement and supporting events
