Job Description
Oversees administrative and financial management for ILO PROSPECTS and DAR projects supporting inclusive recovery in Syria. The officer monitors expenditures and project delivery, prepares budgets and forecasts, manages procurement and logistics, strengthens compliance and office processes, coordinates stakeholders and donors, and supervises administrative and finance support staff.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Monitor workplans, reports and financial delivery and recommend corrective action
- Prepare expenditure requests, budgets and expenditure forecasts
- Provide procurement and contract-management support in line with ILO rules
- Oversee administrative, financial and logistical support services
- Coordinate with partners, government offices and ILO units
- Draft and translate Arabic-English official correspondence
- Support audits and donor-verification missions
Role Requirements
- First-level university degree in business administration, procurement, finance or a closely related field
- At least one year of national professional experience in project management, administration, procurement, finance or accounting
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
Desired Criteria
- Experience with the UN Common System or an international organization
- Experience with Oracle-based ERP and e-procurement platforms
- Advanced university degree
