Responsibilities
- Assess labour standards and enterprise management systems
- Prepare findings, recommendations and improvement plans
- Coach management and worker representatives
- Deliver training on compliance, safety and productivity
- Support digital tools, ESG and responsible business practices
- Maintain programme data, monitoring and knowledge products
Requirements
- Relevant internationally recognized university degree
- Two years of relevant professional experience
- Enterprise advisory, labour compliance or workplace-cooperation capability
- English and the language of the duty station
