Supports the labour-market integration of newly arrived migrants in Guyana by linking individual profiles with employment opportunities. The associate analyses workforce demand, engages employers, manages referrals and placement follow-up, delivers employability training and tracks programme, budget and beneficiary results.

Responsibilities
- Manage migrant needs assessments, referrals and integration follow-up
- Plan and monitor labour-market integration activities
- Analyse sector demand, skills shortages and employment barriers
- Engage employers and business associations on inclusive hiring and vacancies
- Match migrant profiles with jobs and coordinate interviews and placement follow-up
- Deliver training on employability, CVs, interviews, labour markets and labour rights
- Maintain beneficiary, employer, vacancy and placement databases
- Coordinate public employment services, municipalities, NGOs and training institutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Social Science, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or a related field with four years of relevant experience, or high-school diploma with six years
- Experience liaising with government, international institutions, United Nations agencies and NGOs
- Experience working with migrants, refugees, displaced people, trafficking survivors or other vulnerable groups
