Counter Trafficking Consultant

Consultancy supporting Bahrain’s regional counter-trafficking centre by developing training for law enforcement, private-sector actors and interpreters, coordinating bilingual e-learning content, and delivering capacity-building for government and other stakeholders.

• Develop three counter-trafficking training modules for law enforcement and private-sector audiences
• Create a training programme and train interpreters supporting trafficking victims
• Coordinate development of English and Arabic e-learning modules
• Deliver capacity-building and awareness sessions to government officials and other stakeholders

• Master’s degree in political or social sciences, migration studies, international relations, law or a related field with two years of relevant experience, or a university degree in those fields with four years of relevant experience
• Proven expertise in migrant protection, counter-trafficking or transnational organised crime
• Experience delivering training and developing capacity-building materials
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic

• Travel to Manama is required to deliver training
