Facilitator for Entrepreneurship Capacity Building Training under the WE-Collabo Hub Project

Designs and delivers an entrepreneurship acceleration programme for 30 women-led businesses in Rwanda. The consultant assesses enterprise needs, develops curricula, provides training and coaching, prepares investment-ready plans and pitch materials, and documents lessons for a scalable WE-Collabo Hub model.

• Assess the capacity needs and business gaps of participating women entrepreneurs
• Design an entrepreneurship curriculum, manuals, facilitator guides and diagnostic tools
• Deliver interactive training on business planning, finance, digital transformation and regulatory compliance
• Provide individual coaching and mentorship to all 30 participating entrepreneurs
• Strengthen marketing, customer acquisition, leadership and business-growth strategies
• Support participants to develop financial projections, investment proposals and pitch decks
• Run mock pitching sessions and provide personalised feedback
• Document assessment results, success stories, lessons learned and scaling recommendations

• Master's degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, economics, finance, innovation management, marketing, development studies or a relevant field, or a first-level degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
• Minimum seven years of progressively responsible experience in entrepreneurship development, business incubation or MSME acceleration
• Experience designing and delivering entrepreneurship training for women-owned businesses
• Expertise in business coaching, mentoring and investment readiness
• Strong understanding of Rwanda's MSME ecosystem, entrepreneurship policies and financial sector
• Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda
• Submission of an updated CV, technical proposal with methodology and work plan, and financial proposal

• Home-based consultancy with no travel required outside the Kigali assignment area
• Programme combines training, coaching, mentorship and business advisory support for 30 entrepreneurs
