Overview
UNICEF seeks a UN Associate Volunteer in Amman to strengthen knowledge, evidence and learning on education for refugee, displaced and migrant children by curating resources, gathering country lessons, producing knowledge products, conducting research and analysing barriers to educational inclusion.

Responsibilities
- Develop and curate a repository of practices, tools, policies and guidance on education for children on the move
- Coordinate with country offices to collect lessons on refugee and displaced children's education inclusion
- Produce case studies, blogs, newsletters, briefs and other knowledge products
- Disseminate UNICEF evidence and guidance and support PROSPECTS youth advocacy milestones
- Conduct literature reviews and desk research on displaced and migrant children's educational inclusion
- Analyse access, retention, progression and certification barriers and develop country profiles and thematic products
Requirements
- Completed secondary education or a youth education programme
- At least one year of volunteer or community-engagement experience
- Age between 20 and 32
- Status as a refugee, asylum seeker, internally displaced person or migrant facing learning-to-earning barriers
- Digital proficiency sufficient for the assignment
- English and Arabic
