Overview

Leads and improves client-centred case management for migrant social inclusion in Hungary, supervising case managers, strengthening referral and data systems, assuring protection and service quality, and coordinating institutions and providers to expand access to labour, education and community support.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor and provide technical guidance to case managers
  • Improve case-management workflows, procedures, tools and service standards
  • Develop referral pathways and coordinate services with institutions and civil-society partners
  • Maintain case-management databases and assure data quality, confidentiality and protection
  • Audit service quality, monitor performance and recommend programme improvements
  • Apply safeguarding, accountability, do-no-harm and protection principles across interventions
  • Train programme staff and facilitate peer learning on case-management practice
  • Coordinate multisectoral responses and integrated services for complex cases

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Migration Studies, Social Work, Psychology or a related field with four years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree with six years of experience
  • Experience in case management, social inclusion, protection, migration or social work
  • Experience supervising or guiding case-management teams
  • Experience developing workflows, standard operating procedures and operational tools
  • Experience building referral pathways and coordinating services among stakeholders
  • Experience with service-quality monitoring, data management, information systems and reporting
  • Experience delivering training and mentoring staff
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Hungarian
