Responsibilities

  • Plan and facilitate Fiji disability-inclusion stakeholder consultations
  • Prepare agendas, technical materials, questions and documentation tools
  • Document service gaps, priorities and stakeholder recommendations
  • Design an accessible inclusive-education study framework and methodology
  • Validate the research framework with government and disability partners
  • Collect and analyse data on communication support and assistive technology
  • Draft standards, findings and practical policy recommendations
  • Present, revise and support the launch of the final study

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in education, disability studies, social policy or a related field
  • At least ten years of experience in inclusive education, disability rights or education-systems strengthening
  • Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder consultations and participatory research
  • Strong knowledge of the CRPD, Sustainable Development Goals and inclusive-education frameworks
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and report-writing skills
