Responsibilities
- Design and roll out rapid skills-needs assessments at global, regional and country levels
- Generate labour-market evidence for education planning and prioritisation
- Support PROSPECTS countries to develop or refine national skills strategies
- Align skills strategies with education-system reforms and financing opportunities
- Strengthen lower-secondary and upper-secondary programme delivery
- Advance competency-based curricula and youth skills programmes
- Support community-based training for out-of-school and vulnerable populations
- Coordinate governments, development partners and private-sector skills actors
Requirements
- Master's degree in TVET, education, development studies, monitoring and evaluation or a related field
- At least eight years of professional experience strengthening education systems with a strong focus on TVET, skills development and secondary education
- Extensive knowledge of TVET, education, programme management, digital-system development or education technology
- Experience working with governments, development partners and private-sector actors on skills ecosystems, school-to-work transitions or TVET reform
- Proficiency in English
