Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group legal advice to accommodated unaccompanied minors
- Explain asylum, family-reunification, relocation and immigration procedures to children
- Assist minors with international-protection, residence, work-permit and travel-document applications
- Refer court matters and legal drafting needs to free legal-support programmes
- Research legal issues and advise shelter staff in the children’s best interests
- Coordinate case work with guardians and competent government authorities
- Maintain legal records, procedural deadlines and confidential case information
- Travel as required to support legal and administrative procedures
Requirements
- University degree in Law from an accredited institution
- Licence to practise or certificate of registration with the relevant professional association
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Greek and either English or French at B1 or B2 level
- Availability to work day shifts
