Responsibilities
- Monitor protection case management for migrants and vulnerable populations
- Guide case workers and partners handling trafficking, gender-based violence and child-protection cases
- Strengthen referral pathways with government, UN, NGO and community providers
- Develop case-management tools, procedures and technical guidance
- Analyse protection trends and produce reports and briefings
- Uphold confidentiality, data protection and IOM protection standards
Requirements
- Master’s degree in humanitarian affairs, political science, law, human rights, development studies or a related field with two years of relevant experience, or university degree with four years
- Experience in protection programming, humanitarian assistance, migration or case management
- Experience working with trafficking victims, migrants at risk or survivors of violence
- Experience coordinating government institutions, UN agencies and NGOs
- Fluency in English and French
- Availability for frequent travel
