Responsibilities
- Interview voluntary-repatriation candidates and support informed and voluntary return decisions
- Prepare repatriation forms and other documents for refugees
- Facilitate communication with communities through translation and cultural mediation
- Deliver mass information activities on the voluntary repatriation programme
- Provide logistical and administrative support for border-crossing and return movements
- Assess vulnerable returnees and advise colleagues on appropriate responses
- Register eligible cases and enter repatriation information in approved databases
Requirements
- High school diploma with two years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree or higher with one year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of English or the UN working language of the duty station
