Overview
Provides finance and administrative support to the ILO/Korea Partnership Programme. The assistant reconciles project records, processes contracts and payments, reviews partner reports, applies budget codes, advises personnel on procedures, prepares donor and audit reports, develops cost estimates and supports workshops.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile project financial records, expenditures, payments and balances
- Review contracts, supporting documents and payment requests for correctness
- Verify partner financial reports and compliance with ILO rules
- Classify budget codes and process claims, vouchers and invoices
- Guide project staff and consultants on payments, entitlements and travel claims
- Prepare donor, budget, audit and other recurring or special reports
- Compile cost estimates and contribute to budget analysis and projections
- Draft correspondence, resolve queries and escalate urgent issues
- Support project workshops and meetings
Requirements
- Completion of secondary-school education
- At least five years of general office-management and clerical-support experience
- Practical experience with standard office software, email and the work unit’s automated information-management system
- Excellent English
- Excellent Thai
- Thai nationality for external appointment
