Programme Coordinator (Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM))

Leads IOM Sudan's Displacement Tracking Matrix programme, coordinating population-movement monitoring, IDP registration, assessments and information management. • Manage DTM emergency tracking and monitoring of internally displaced people and returnees
• Develop flow monitoring, site assessments and information-gathering systems under the DTM framework
• Produce analysis, reports, guidelines and information outputs for government and humanitarian partners
• Coordinate field enumeration, database and GIS operations for displacement-data mapping
• Design thematic assessments and surveys and promote their use by stakeholders
• Integrate data-protection principles and ethical data use into DTM information management

• Master's degree in computer science, social sciences, information management or a related field with five years of relevant experience
• University degree in those fields with seven years of relevant experience
• Experience in project development, management, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation
• Experience in information management or disaster-risk management
• Experience in emergency response, humanitarian assistance and early recovery
• Fluency in English

• Population-database experience is a distinct advantage
• Regional experience is an asset
