National Human Resources Officer - Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)New

Support IOM's global Human Resources reporting and analytics by implementing and enhancing Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence products, with a focus on front-end development and data engineering. The officer develops reports and dashboards, integrates enterprise data, improves performance and governance, and works with business and technical teams to deliver reliable, user-centred analytics and decision support.

• Implement, configure and enhance Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence for global HR reporting and analytics
• Analyse reporting needs and develop data products, reports, dashboards and analytical solutions
• Coordinate enterprise data integration across HCM, SCM, FSM, Pulse and related applications
• Improve FDI architecture, semantic models, data pipelines, performance and user experience
• Coordinate testing, validation, data governance and user-adoption activities with business and technical stakeholders

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, Artificial Intelligence or a related field with two years of relevant professional experience, or a bachelor's degree in these fields with four years
• Experience with business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, ERP systems support, HR information systems or related areas
• Experience implementing or enhancing enterprise reporting, analytics or ERP solutions

• Experience in an international, humanitarian, development or UN common-system organization is an advantage
• Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Access, SharePoint, Teams and training tools is an advantage
