Job Description

Supports Human Resources operations in Washington through recruitment, onboarding, payroll, personnel administration and workforce reporting. The associate maintains accurate HR systems and controls, builds practical dashboards and workflows, and helps staff receive timely, confidential and compliant operational services.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and personnel-administration processes
  • Maintain HR, payroll, leave and benefits records in authorized systems
  • Prepare workforce dashboards, reports and data-quality reviews
  • Support HR workflows, documentation and process improvements
  • Process payroll actions and reconcile supporting records
  • Provide HR information and operational support to staff and managers

Role Requirements

  • High school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience or bachelor's degree with 3 years
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capability
  • Power BI or comparable business-intelligence platform experience
  • Power Query and workflow or collaboration tools experience
  • Fluency in English

Desired Criteria

  • International humanitarian or multicultural HR experience
  • Approved AI tools experience
  • Process-improvement and user-guidance experience
  • Oracle, SAP, Paychex or comparable HR systems experience
