Summary of Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment workflows from vacancy preparation through selection and offers
  • Manage pre-employment documentation, medical clearance, insurance and onboarding activities
  • Maintain accurate employee data, contracts, entitlements and personnel actions in HR systems
  • Administer leave records and respond to routine leave questions
  • Prepare personnel reports, correspondence and confidential electronic and paper files
  • Support performance-management compliance and staff-development events
  • Advise staff on routine HR rights, responsibilities, policies and procedures
  • Identify process improvements and guide or train junior colleagues

Role Requirements

  • High school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree with 3 years
  • French proficiency in speaking and writing
  • Knowledge of human-resources administrative policies, procedures and processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and human-resources information systems

Desired Criteria

  • Previous SAP experience
  • Experience with international humanitarian, governmental or nongovernmental organisations in a multicultural environment
  • Working knowledge of English or local languages
