Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment workflows from vacancy preparation through selection and offers
- Manage pre-employment documentation, medical clearance, insurance and onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate employee data, contracts, entitlements and personnel actions in HR systems
- Administer leave records and respond to routine leave questions
- Prepare personnel reports, correspondence and confidential electronic and paper files
- Support performance-management compliance and staff-development events
- Advise staff on routine HR rights, responsibilities, policies and procedures
- Identify process improvements and guide or train junior colleagues
Role Requirements
- High school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree with 3 years
- French proficiency in speaking and writing
- Knowledge of human-resources administrative policies, procedures and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and human-resources information systems
Desired Criteria
- Previous SAP experience
- Experience with international humanitarian, governmental or nongovernmental organisations in a multicultural environment
- Working knowledge of English or local languages
