Associate Data Specialist

Support the UN Resident Coordinator Office in Accra to strengthen data-driven monitoring of Ghana's Cooperation Framework. The specialist builds and maintains data systems, validates agency inputs, develops dashboards and visualisations, and prepares evidence for UN Country Team decisions. The role supports monitoring, evaluation and learning, outcome analysis, reporting, capacity building and data coordination across UN and national partners.

• Implement data collection systems and analytics workflows
• Acquire, clean and maintain data and databases
• Analyse trends and interpret structured data
• Develop Cooperation Framework monitoring and learning products
• Create reports, dashboards and data visualisations
• Support outcome analysis and evaluation studies
• Build data analytics and results-based management capacity

• Advanced degree in a data-related field
• At least two years translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Data-analysis output quality-assurance ability
• Complex-data analysis and evidence-based recommendation ability
• English at UN Level II in reading, writing, listening and speaking
• Open to nationals of Ghana only
