Summary of Responsibilities
- Monitor U-Report growth, engagement and performance indicators
- Prepare RapidPro poll and chatbot flows with monitoring structures
- Analyse poll results, chatbot interactions and engagement data
- Develop data visualisations and narratives for partners and decision-makers
- Produce monthly and annual performance reports across digital platforms
- Identify audience behaviour, emerging trends and engagement opportunities
- Support regional and country offices to strengthen monitoring practices
- Help programme teams apply U-Report data effectively
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, digital marketing, journalism, public relations, computer science, data science, statistics, information technology or a relevant field
- At least two years of relevant experience in data analytics, software development, digital analytics, monitoring and evaluation, data visualisation, social-media analytics or digital engagement
- Ability to use RapidPro and either R or Stata for data analysis
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of another official United Nations language
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, search-engine optimisation, Facebook Marketing API or Google Ads
- Country-level experience in development, fragile settings or humanitarian contexts
