Job Description
Provides administrative, programme and logistics support for UNESCO's 2027 World Conference on Education for Sustainable Development. The role coordinates participant communications, registration, travel, contracts and conference services, working with UNESCO headquarters, Kenya's planning committee and suppliers to help deliver an inclusive ministerial-level event in Nairobi.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support planning, operations and logistics for the 2027 UNESCO World Conference on ESD
- Follow up invitations and communicate with conference participants
- Coordinate participant registration with UNESCO headquarters and the National Planning Committee
- Arrange travel documents, vendor accounts, tickets, itineraries and visa support
- Coordinate venue, interpretation, accommodation and conference-service preparations
- Support conference contract creation and onsite coordination
- Maintain conference records, track preparation progress and flag risks
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, international relations, social sciences, public administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience supporting project coordination, management, implementation and monitoring
- Excellent written and spoken English
Desired Criteria
- Experience in a UN agency or international organization is an asset
- Any other UN language is an added advantage
