The assistant maintains pipeline and project data, prepares documents and events, tracks budgets and deadlines, and coordinates meetings, travel, visa and office logistics.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support senior staff with appointments, approvals, filing, correspondence and queries
- Update and monitor the Industry Pipeline and project timeline in internal IFC systems
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, figures and presentations to Bank standards
- Support internal processes on proprietary systems
- Plan logistics for conferences, workshops and negotiations
- Track budgets, tasks, timetables and project-related information
- Coordinate travel, visas, local transportation and in-person or virtual meetings
- Provide backup support to other administrative and client-support staff
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least five years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Authorisation to work in the duty station for any employer
- Ability to work independently, manage concurrent tasks and meet critical deadlines with minimum supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Criteria
- Business-level fluency in one major Indian language
