Job Description
The World Bank seeks a Program Analyst for Ethics and Internal Justice Client Services in Washington, DC. Summary of Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate, deliver and track monthly learning sessions across time zones
- Develop micro-learning and scenario-based content for the Case of the Month initiative
- Prepare and deliver learning programmes and workshops with practitioners
- Design and administer surveys and synthesize participant feedback into actionable summaries
- Provide backup support and additional assignments for EIJ Client Services
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, education, instructional design or a related discipline with two years of experience or an equivalent combination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including survey analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, plus survey and data-management tools
