Summary of Responsibilities

  • Design, coordinate, deliver and track monthly learning sessions across time zones
  • Develop micro-learning and scenario-based content for the Case of the Month initiative
  • Prepare and deliver learning programmes and workshops with practitioners
  • Design and administer surveys and synthesize participant feedback into actionable summaries
  • Provide backup support and additional assignments for EIJ Client Services

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, education, instructional design or a related discipline with two years of experience or an equivalent combination
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including survey analysis and reporting
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, plus survey and data-management tools
  • English
