Provides office, client and operational support to the World Bank Haiti Country Office, helping project teams manage schedules, correspondence, events, documentation and portfolio records. The role coordinates with service units and external partners, maintains project information and supports country-office operations that advance Haiti’s development programme and client engagement.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, logistical and substantive support to project teams and the country office
  • Draft and format project correspondence, minutes and materials for clearance and distribution
  • Maintain shared-drive documents and produce reports, figures and graphs in World Bank formats
  • Coordinate schedules and communicate changes with staff and external officials
  • Maintain contacts with government officials, donors, civil society, academia and businesses
  • Plan logistics for conferences, workshops, negotiations and board presentations
  • Track project steps, files and portfolio information and process project status reports
  • Coordinate with service units and support team and task-team assistants

Role Requirements

  • High school diploma in secretariat or business administration
  • At least five years of experience in a similar position or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Desired Criteria

  • University degree
  • Experience working with the World Bank Group

Additional Information

  • Most selected candidates receive a 3-year term appointment
