Job Description
Supports UNODC regional-office procurement and operational services by planning acquisitions, preparing tender and contract documentation, coordinating supplier and purchase-order processes, and maintaining records. The role also contributes to asset, logistics and fleet administration, reporting and data-informed office operations across regional programmes.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Prepare inputs for office acquisition plans
- Review and prioritize purchasing requests and supporting documentation
- Produce tender documents for goods and services
- Support evaluation of quotations, bids and proposals
- Finalize purchase orders and contracts for approval
- Maintain procurement databases and contractual records
- Coordinate asset, inventory and customs-clearance support
- Coordinate driver-pool and vehicle-fleet administration
Role Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CIPS Level 4 Diploma or equivalent
- At least seven years of progressively responsible procurement experience, reduced to five with a first-level university degree
- At least three years of experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning system
- At least three years using office software and web-based management systems
- English is required
- Uzbek is required
- Authorization to work for the United Nations in Tashkent
