Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate duty travel for staff and affiliate personnel
- Calculate travel entitlements and submit for approval
- Advise on direct and economical travel routes and fares
- Make reservations and negotiate least expensive fares
- Review travel claims and supporting documents for compliance
- Lead the ROSEN Travel Team and resolve complex travel cases
Role Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least seven years of experience in travel administration including travel rate construction routing and reimbursement
- Experience using advanced computer applications
- Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning system
- English and French are required
- Authorization to work for the United Nations in the duty station
Desired Criteria
- Experience with SAP/Umoja is desirable
