Job Description
Advises the UN Resident Coordinator and Country Team in Palestine on strategic partnerships, resource mobilisation and recovery financing. The officer coordinates stakeholders, supports Partnership and Recovery Frameworks, develops funding and pooled-fund arrangements, engages donors and the Horizon Fund, advances SDG financing, prepares briefings and donor materials, and shares partnership.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support UNCT Partnership Strategy and Recovery Framework implementation
- Coordinate government civil-society private-sector and UN engagement
- Identify partnership risks opportunities and mitigation measures
- Develop resource mobilisation initiatives and analyse funding streams
- Support pooled funds including Horizon Fund donor tracking
- Prepare briefing and donor-engagement materials for recovery financing
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in business or public administration sustainable development social sciences education or related area
- At least five years of experience in strategic partnerships project or programme management or resource mobilization
- Experience developing partnerships across government private sector and civil society
- Experience designing partnership and resource-mobilization strategies and project proposals
- English and Arabic are required
