Advises the UN Resident Coordinator and Country Team in Skopje on strategic partnerships, resource mobilisation and Sustainable Development Goal financing. • Coordinate UNCT engagement with government private sector and civil society
• Identify risks and opportunities for strategic partnerships
• Support resource mobilisation initiatives and funding frameworks
• Support pooled funds and joint programme design
• Research and share partnership practices and lessons learned

• Advanced degree in business or public administration sustainable development social sciences education or related area
• At least five years in strategic partnerships project or programme management or resource mobilisation
• Experience developing partnerships across government private sector and civil society
• Experience preparing project or programme proposals
• English and Macedonian are required
