Job Description
Design, operate and improve ICRC's secure global network infrastructure from the Belgrade Shared Services Centre. The engineer will maintain SD-WAN, ZTNA and firewall services; monitor performance and incidents; resolve tickets within service levels; automate provisioning; respond to vulnerabilities; and provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to ICT teams and stakeholders.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Design, deploy and maintain secure scalable network infrastructure across data centres and field locations
- Monitor network performance, availability and incidents and support 24/7 operations
- Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels
- Automate network provisioning and management with Terraform and Ansible
- Respond to threats and vulnerabilities and maintain patches and security compliance
- Provide technical orientation and guidance on network services to ICT teams and stakeholders
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least three years of similar professional experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Serbian citizenship or a personal work permit in Serbia
Desired Criteria
- CCNP, CCIE, Fortinet NSE or equivalent certification is highly desirable
- ITIL, DevOps or Agile certification is an asset
- Open-source network-solution experience is an asset
