ICT Coordinator

The ICT coordinator will enable ICRC field operations by leading local ICT teams, maintaining secure and reliable communications infrastructure, and advising delegation management on technology. The role implements ICT policies, manages suppliers and service agreements, oversees systems testing and ensures uninterrupted technical support in field deployments.

• Advise delegation management on ICT solutions
• Implement ICT policies and standards
• Negotiate local provider contracts
• Oversee communications infrastructure
• Lead ICT support teams

• Degree in telecommunications, electronics, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• ICT management certification (ITIL or equivalent)
• Microsoft Certification (MCSA level)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT service operation management
• English and French professional proficiency

• Knowledge of Arabic, Spanish or Russian is a strong asset
