Job Description
Coordinates the operational, administrative and financial delivery of IOM's Camp Coordination and Camp Management work in Caracas. The national officer monitors implementation and budgets, leads data and reporting processes, liaises with donors and humanitarian partners, supports capacity building and proposals, and provides technical guidance to project staff working in emergency and displacement contexts.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational, administrative and financial project delivery in line with IOM and donor requirements
- Monitor implementation, identify gaps and recommend actions to improve delivery
- Develop and update work plans, budgets, monitoring tools and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate collection, verification and analysis of project data and background information
- Prepare and disseminate project reports for IOM and donors
- Liaise with donors, partners, UN agencies, authorities and government counterparts
- Plan and deliver capacity-building activities for staff, partners and communities
- Supervise project staff and undertake travel for implementation and monitoring visits
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or a related field with two years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in those fields
- Professional experience in Temporary Settlements Management, including Shelter, CCCM and DRM, related to humanitarian assistance and emergency response
- Fluency in Spanish, oral and written
Desired Criteria
- Experience working within the international cooperation system, preferably on human mobility in Venezuela
- Experience leading teams, managing resources and making strategic decisions in emergency contexts
