Job Description
Provide operational support to IOM Venezuela's Procurement and Logistics Unit in Caracas. The National Supply Chain Officer will plan and oversee procurement and contractual processes, guide requisitioning units, manage tenders, inspect supplies, monitor inventory and fixed assets, maintain procurement records, and support service agreements, warehouse management and staff supervision in line with IOM rules and local market conditions.

- Train and supervise unit staff
Role Requirements
- Master's degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, international business or a related field, or bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish

- Experience working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
