Job Description
Supports UNHCR's end-to-end supply chain in Armenia, covering planning, procurement, transport, customs, warehousing, assets and fleet management. The role prepares tenders and purchase orders, follows deliveries, maintains business-system and inventory records, supports physical verification and disposal of property, and provides supply analysis and reports that help the operation deliver goods and services efficiently.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support timely end-to-end delivery of goods and services under supply-chain procedures
- Apply sourcing and procurement strategies for important commodities and services
- Initiate customs clearance, prepare exemption requests and liaise with local agents
- Prepare quotation requests, tenders, bid tabulations and purchase orders
- Follow deliveries and provide procurement-status information to requesters
- Maintain accurate supply records and data in business systems
- Support warehousing, asset registration, physical verification and property disposal
- Compile supply statistics, reports and decision-support information
Role Requirements
- Two years of relevant experience with a high school diploma, or one year with a bachelor's degree or higher
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, warehousing, customs clearance, asset management, fleet management or inventory control
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Armenian at B2 level or higher
- Legal presence in Armenia at the time of application, recruitment and hire
- Applicants must not have a mother, father, son, daughter, brother or sister employed by UNHCR
