Job Description
Leads IOM Ukraine’s migration, sustainable development and livelihoods portfolio with partners. The officer drives evidence-based MSDL programming, resource mobilisation and economic-recovery strategy work; oversees projects, staff and partners; and advances migration, diaspora, enterprise and labour-market priorities through policy dialogue, information products and donor coordination.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and identify opportunities for the MSDL portfolio
- Manage technical and administrative implementation of MSDL projects
- Coordinate with UNCT, FSL Cluster and international-community representatives
- Establish partnerships with government entities at national, regional and local levels
- Support donor liaison, resource mobilisation and project-concept development
- Lead development and updating of MSDL thematic information materials
- Supervise and build capacity of staff, partners and service providers
- Contribute to IOM Ukraine’s economic-recovery strategy
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in listed fields with five years of relevant professional experience or bachelor’s degree with seven years
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Ukrainian
