Supports UN Human Rights Moldova to make education more inclusive and human-rights based for marginalised learners. The national consultant develops school tools and policies, trains and coaches educators, builds resources and supports curriculum reforms that advance equality, non-discrimination and participation.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop and pilot human-rights environment evaluation tools
- Support inclusive school action plans and internal policy reviews
- Train and coach teachers and school administrators
- Develop educational resources and practical toolkits
- Deliver training-of-trainers on human rights education
- Support cascade training for education specialists
- Mainstream equality and inclusion in curriculum reform
Role Requirements
- First degree in education, psychology, social work, international relations or a relevant field
- At least five years of experience in pedagogy, psychology, inclusive education or a related field
- Proven experience designing and delivering inclusive-education training programmes
- Proven expertise in equality, inclusion and work with marginalised groups
- Fluency in Romanian
Desired Criteria
- Working knowledge of Russian
- Experience coaching teachers and developing initial professional training programmes
