Provides specialist monitoring and evaluation support for UN Women through a home-based international consultancy. The assignment will develop and apply evidence, results and learning approaches; support data collection and analysis; strengthen reporting and evaluation processes; and help programme teams use credible findings to improve accountability, strategic decision-making and gender-equality results.

• Develop monitoring systems and tools for the Dare to Care programme
• Collect and analyse results data for programme indicators
• Maintain results information for internal and external evaluators
• Support annual and end-of-programme reporting
• Build monitoring and evaluation capacity of partner organisations
